GENERAL   INFORMATION

The Meeting will be held at the Palace Hotel (Salle Baccarat) in Gstaad.

The sessions are given in French or English, with simultaneous translation.

The persons who have registered will receive a more detailed programme including the precise titles of the sessions.

For organizational reasons, participants are requested to register as soon as possible by returning the attached form either by fax (N° + 41-22  793.99.71), or by post to the following address :

PAYMENT

An invoice will be sent later and should be paid on receipt as confirmation of attendance.

 

DOCUMENTATION

On receipt of payment, a folder containing a badge with the name of the participant, meal and accommodation vouchers and, where applicable, tickets for the concert, will be assigned to each participant. The folders will be handed out at the Palace Hotel in Gstaad (entrance of the Baccarat Room) and participants will be able to collect them on Friday 3 September 1999 from 8.30 am.

 

PRICE

All the prices indicated below are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and per person.

The registration fee is : CHF 40.- for  Paneuropean Union members (please indicate the national section under "Remarks"), CHF 70.- for non members. An amount of CHF 5.- per registration will be given for the acquisition of a bust of Yehudi Menuhin, realised by Mrs Andreia Bove-Nastasescu.
